Set across four floors of this former Victorian warehouse, 24 Greville Street is filled with character and natural light. Working with Metropolitan Workshop, we retained as much of the industrial charm as possible – including brickwork, vast windows and steel columns – creating a Work Space with private offices, meeting rooms and large outdoor space.
There’s a rich history to 24 Greville Street. On the corner of Saffron Hill, around the corner from Farringdon station was, according to Charles Dickens in Oliver Twist, the exact location of Fagin’s Den. The Farringdon area is in stark contrast today; a thriving hub for the creative and hospitality industries with an array of independent restaurants, bars and like-minded business in the surrounding streets.
