Add to that a beautiful botanic gardens, theatres and a gorgeous stretch of embankment and you can see the appeal for businesses and residents alike.
The heart of Chelsea has probably seen the some of the largest price rises in London for commercial office space over recent years. This is partly down to low supply levels but also increased demand from Hedge Funds and private family offices looking for high quality stock in a vibrant, affluent neighbourhood.

Home to many of London's rich and famous, you can always expect to see the odd Maserati or Ferrari flying around. Not especially known for its abundance of office space but what is there is of high quality and the businesses that are there enjoy being surrounded by the most luxury of shops and restaurants. Certainly a place to be seen and attractive to those looking to impress clients on a regular basis.
